AUSTIN— The Texas Society of Architects (TxA) has named the recipients of its 2026 Honor Awards, recognizing architects, firms, and civic leaders for significant contributions to the built environment across Texas.
The annual awards highlight achievements in architectural design, equity, education, and community stewardship.
2026 top award recipients:
- O’Neil Ford Medal for Design Achievement: Miró Rivera Architects (Austin)
- Architecture Firm Award: Michael Hsu Office of Architecture (Austin)
- Medal for Lifetime Achievement: Mike McGlone, FAIA (San Antonio)
- Award for Equitable Practice in Architecture: Brien Graham, AIA, NOMA
- Citation of Honor: Andrés Andújar (San Antonio) and Duncan Fulton, FAIA (Dallas)
Additional honorees include Peter Jay Zweig, (Houston), Kate Aoki, (Dallas), and Corey Guidry, (Tyler). The awardees will be recognized at the state convention in San Antonio.
