DALLAS — Infrastructure developer ACS Group and investment firm Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) have secured a major 140-megawatt hyperscale lease for their new data center campus in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Coinciding with the commercial milestone, ACS and GIP formally launched Coravel, the dedicated operating brand for their global digital infrastructure platform.

The initial lease covers 140 MW of critical IT capacity across three purpose-built facilities, with options to expand by an additional 100 MW across two planned structures. General contracting duties are being managed by Turner Construction Co., a subsidiary of ACS, with facility deliveries scheduled in phases through 2028.

“This milestone demonstrates the strong demand for well-powered, well-located digital infrastructure,” said ACS Chief Executive Officer Juan Santamaría. “Through Coravel, we are combining engineering and construction delivery with long-term investment capital to support AI and cloud hyperscalers at scale”
