AUSTIN — The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) has awarded an $18,869,539 contract to Harrington Construction LLC, doing business as HB Construction Inc. of El Paso, for the construction of a new Cultural Center and Park Headquarters at Hueco Tanks State Park & Historic Site.
The bid for Project 1111827 was due in June 2025.
The project is one of several recent construction solicitations from TPWD. Other recent bids included a project for new park development at Powderhorn State Park in Calhoun County and another for fire alarm and security system upgrades at the TPWD Austin headquarters.
