BURLESON— JE Dunn Construction and design partner CRB have broken ground on a new $200 million manufacturing facility for Paris Baguette, marking the South Korean bakery chain’s first production plant in the United States.
The 267,000-sq. structure on 37 acres south of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, is designed to support the company’s goal of opening 1,000 cafés in North America by 2030. Once completed in the summer of 2027, the plant will centralize production, reducing reliance on dough imported from overseas.
“We’re not just building walls and machinery; we’re building momentum, innovation and the ability to bring heart, joy and nourishment to even more communities,” Paris Baguette North America CEO Darren Tipton said in a statement.
