HOUSTON– Transition Industries has entered into a Heads of Agreement (HoA) with Bonatti S.p.A. to develop the critical land-to-sea infrastructure for the Pacífico Mexinol project in Sinaloa, Mexico.

The scope of work includes the engineering and construction of a methanol transfer pipeline and significant port upgrades at the Terminal Transoceánica de Topolobampo. The $2.2 billion facility is designed to be the world’s largest ultra-low-carbon methanol plant, producing 2.1 million metric tons annually. By utilizing municipal wastewater for industrial processes, the project sets a new benchmark for sustainable industrial construction in the region.
