WASHINGTON, D.C. – The National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) has announced its 2026 Safety Ambassadors Medal recipients, honoring professionals who have moved beyond compliance to foster a culture of active safety on construction sites.
Concurrent with these awards, NECA is finalizing the curriculum for its Future Leaders Conference, which focuses on the “human side” of project management, including emotional intelligence and leadership psychology. The association aims to equip the next generation of electrical contractors with the tools necessary to manage increasingly complex, tech-integrated job sites while maintaining the industry’s highest safety standards.
