AUSTIN – SmartTouch Interactive emerged as a major winner at the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Austin’s 2026 Marketing & Advertising Excellence (MAX) Awards, held April 2 at the Hyatt Regency Austin.
The full-service marketing agency took home five awards, following a record-breaking 14 nominations for the firm. The MAX Awards serve as the premier local program recognizing creative contributions in residential construction, development, and sales achievement in Central Texas.
The recognition comes on the heels of the agency’s recent launch of “NexGen Messaging,” an MMS-ready marketing solution designed specifically for home builders to manage compliant text-marketing workflows. The 2026 gala, led by the HBA Sales and Marketing Council, drew hundreds of industry professionals to celebrate the builders and associates driving Austin’s residential boom.
