FORT WORTH — White Cap, a leading North American distributor of specialty construction supplies, acquired VoidForm Products on Jan. 5. VoidForm, headquartered in Fort Worth, specializes in manufacturing void forms used to protect concrete structures from soil expansion—a critical concern in Texas construction.
“The acquisition of VoidForm is an exciting opportunity to expand our broad portfolio of specialized products and deliver custom solutions for our customers,” said White Cap CEO Alan Sollenberger. VoidForm will continue to be led by President David DiLuccia as part of White Cap’s Central Region operations.
