FORT WORTH — Christopher Judge, owner of Judge DFW LLC, has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud in a scheme that defrauded more than 40 homeowners out of approximately $4.8 million. Prosecutors say Judge and his wife, Raquelle Judge, promised custom home building and design services but routinely abandoned projects, leaving customers with unfinished homes.
According to the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas, the couple used client funds to finance unrelated projects and personal expenses. Raquelle Judge pleaded guilty in December 2025, and both await sentencing in spring 2026. Christopher Judge faces up to 20 years in federal prison.
