SAN ANTONIO — City officials and community partners celebrated the opening of Village at the Loop on Nov. 12, a new affordable housing development aimed at strengthening local families.
The project features 92 apartment homes available to households earning 60% of the Area Median Income. The complex includes amenities such as a business center, fitness room, playground, and swimming pool. The City of San Antonio contributed more than $3.5 million to the project through HOME Investments Partnership Program funding and the Northeast Corridor TIRZ.
Prospera Housing and Community Services will manage the property and provide on-site services, including financial literacy training, health services, and employment readiness programs.
