SPRING, Texas — TRG Datacenters broke ground Nov. 14 on “HOU2,” a new 24-megawatt data center expansion designed to meet the region’s growing demand for AI and enterprise infrastructure.
The 110,000-sq. ft. building is adjacent to TRG’s existing campus, which has been operational since 2018. Backed by investor Tallvine Partners, the new center is expected to be ready for occupancy by the fourth quarter of 2026.
“TRG’s strong track record of delivering high-quality infrastructure and customer service has brought us to an inflection point,” said Christopher Hinkle, CEO of TRG Datacenters.
