AUSTIN — Construction on Waterline, a 74-story mixed-use tower in downtown Austin, is officially complete. DPR Construction announced the milestone on Aug. 31, noting the project finished two months ahead of its planned 50-month schedule.
Rising 1,025 feet, the structure is now the tallest building in Texas. The 2.7 million-sq. ft. tower integrates residential, hotel, office, and retail spaces. Co-developed by Lincoln Property Company and Kairoi Residential, the project involved placing approximately 150,000 cu. yd. of concrete and required coordination with more than 150 trade partners.
