OLNEY – First Baptist Church of Olney broke ground on a new educational facility on Sunday, Jan. 18, launching a major construction project designed to serve the congregation’s growing needs.
Senior Pastor Chad Edgington led the ceremony for the new building, which will replace aging infrastructure with a state-of-the-art space for ministry and community activities.
“The project involves the construction of a state-of-the-art facility designed to replace aging infrastructure,” the church announced following the event. The groundbreaking follows a period of planning and fundraising aimed at modernizing the church’s campus to better support its educational programs.
