DALLAS — Research and consulting firm Parks Associates has announced the recipients of its 2026 Property Innovation Awards, highlighting cutting-edge technology deployments in the multifamily real estate sector.
The awards recognize properties and technology partners that successfully implement scalable intelligence, advanced connectivity, and smart living solutions.
Among the standout 2026 winners is Dallas-based Hanover Preston Hollow, honored for its property-wide gigabit managed Wi-Fi deployment delivered in partnership with Elauwit and Cambium Networks.
Also recognized was Pacifica Place by Irvine Company Apartments, which deployed a 3-Gig fiber network and next-generation Wi-Fi 7 connectivity alongside integrated smart home systems powered by GFiber and Quext.
Parks Associates analysts noted that property technology investments are increasingly shifting from amenity-based upgrades to core infrastructure necessities that drive asset protection, operational efficiency, and resident retention.
